I called and they came out same day to pump my tanks out. I had my septic back up into my basement before hand and he was able to get out a massive clog at the first baffle and line going to it without having to have a tech with special tools get it freed up. Everyone was very very nice and he had the work done in no time at all! Certainly a life saver! Ill be using them for all my next pumping and septic services. The tech was very knowledgeable and kind as well, he was also working in the rain. I called around 8am and I am now issue free at 11am.. could not recommend more thank you!

I’ve used AA Septic multiple times now and as always they’re super responsive! We called in the morning and Lawrence showed up quick and got right to work. 10-15 minutes he was done and on to the next job! Great company, easy to work with!

One customer called around 8:00 in the morning with septic backing up into the basement, and by 11:00 the technician had pulled a large clog off the first baffle and the line feeding it. A business owner describes a septic emergency answered the same day, with Darlene taking the call and Lawrence driving out. Lawrence comes up more than once, and usually for the talking rather than the pumping.
