    Edit 06/29 - Amy from Zoom Drain reached out and have provided options to get original issues fixed. Appreciate prompt response and finding a solution that works for everyone ! Original Feedback: Little disappointed. They really didn’t understand my main problem and basically just re-did the part which i had already done. So i end up paying for something which didnt need any fix .

    Another local plumbing service advertised having "advanced technology" (camera inspection, hydro jetting) and the expertise to diagnose and repair our drain issue, then called the day of to admit to having none of the above and cancel the appt. Zoom Drain responded to the call promptly and were onsite in less than two hours. Flat rate, transparent pricing and professional, friendly service with helpful explanations every step of the way by technician Kristopher ensured a job done well the first time. Highly recommended, would use again.

    We had an excellent experience with the team from Zoom Drain. They arrived right on time, were incredibly friendly and professional, and really took the time to investigate a complicated drainage issue affecting multiple neighboring properties. What stood out most was how thorough and helpful they were. They answered all of our questions, suggested practical solutions, and even went to our neighbor’s house themselves to request access to inspect the connected storm drain system.

    Chris showed up when I was told he would. Very professional. I showed him the issues I was having and where everything was and helped him park. Close to the location needing to be serviced. He went about his work quickly and efficiently, and the outcome was as desired.
