    I hired Michael at Your Town Cesspool, Plumbing & Heating, Inc. in Bay Shore because I had a sewage backup issue. My shower is connected to the main line along with the toilet and sink. Every time we use the shower, the water backs up into the shower and then starts flowing outside the house. He was more interested in my hot water heater than doing his job asking question about my hot water heater Michael came out and only cleaned the main line (the copper piping), but he never went back inside to test the shower to see if the backup had actually been resolved.

    An honest plumber is as rare as it gets. Rob here's the story. He diagnosed an issue plaguing me for over a decade. I had a recurring blockage no fault of my own. He got the county Involved back on Feb 8 2026 . They came out said it was fine. Fast forward April 11 2026 he called again to no avail. He came back and scoped the issue and followed through with the county. It is April 14 and I am happy to say the blockage under the road was repaired. Kudos Rob
