They left my girlfriends Septic tank open when they came to pump it and left a hole in the backyard and didn’t put the lid back on and now the septic tank is trashed, filled with debris and leaking into the backyard its almost flooded around the hvac system. There are kids that love to play in the yard but can’t now because it is a severe safety hazard for their property and anyone around it. It is about a $30,000 repair/replacement and they refuse to come out and fix their mess up and now the landlord is threatening to evict her and her family and kids.

I can’t say enough good things about Wooten Septic Service. What could have easily been a job others walked away from, they took on with determination and professionalism. Instead of being discouraged, they were motivated to solve the problem the right way and was able to get our renters back to normal living in a reasonable amount of time regardless of the challenges they were facing. They were prompt, honest, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find that level of integrity and work ethic these days.
