    I am moving and my state requires a septic certification be filed with the town. The service provider has 30 days legally to submit the paperwork to the town and owner. Well today is day 30 and they cannot find the report. I have had to call every day for a week to get an update and I can’t even talk to a real person. At this point my closing may have to be extended because their customer service is absolute trash. Do not recommend.
