Whitt Septic Systems in Alvin, TX

Response from the owner

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. Concerns such as household pests are not related to septic system function. When you contacted us, we explained this and recommended reaching out to a licensed pest control provider who would be better equipped to address the issue. You requested that we still come out at no charge, despite this not being a septic-related service. As a result of the disagreement regarding service expectations, we made the decision to cancel and refund your contract. We strive to provide honest guidance and stand behind our policies so we can continue serving all of our customers effectively. We wish you the best in resolving your pest concern.

Thanks for your busniess!

Response from the owner

We're sorry to hear you felt that way. Our goal is always to help customers avoid unnecessary costs, which is why we recommended obtaining a copy of the septic design prior to scheduling a service call. Without it, locating system components can become time-consuming and expensive. We're glad we were able to confirm there were no issues with your system during our visit.
