    Called these folks during a septic tank pump failure looking for a bid to replace the pump. Sent over pictures of my system and was assured over the phone that I would have a bid soon. Two weeks later the only follow-up I received was repeated messages from "Doug" asking me to leave reviews for the service they rendered me. Here you go folks! For the record Speedy Septic did a great job in that they responded to my request for help and showed up.

For clarity, our records show your request for a sewage pump replacement estimate came in on 11/13, and the estimate was sent on 11/17. Our system also shows it was successfully delivered and opened. That said, we understand that from your perspective it felt like you were waiting without a response, and that’s frustrating, especially when dealing with a sewage pump replacement. We have had a significant increase in estimate requests recently and have since added staff to improve turnaround times. That’s not an excuse, but it is something we’re actively working on so communication is clearer and faster moving forward. We appreciate you bringing this up, and we’ll use it to keep improving how we handle estimate follow-up and customer communication.

    I didn't want small ro k on side of garage on my river rock. They asked my roo6where to put it . Now it needs to be moved on side of driveway Other than that they did a nice job. Thankyou

    Lori, thank you for the feedback. We’re glad to hear the septic pump-out portion went well. For clarity, West Side Drain & Septic only performed the septic tank pump-out for the decommission. We were not the company responsible for the abandonment work or the connection to city sewer, including where the excavated rock was placed. We had originally bid the full project, but another contractor was selected for that portion of the work and later hired us only for the tank pumping. We appreciate you sharing your experience, and we did want to make sure that distinction was clear for anyone reading your review.

    West Side Drain has been fantastic! Outstanding personnel, excellent service. Prompt if not early, I scheduled a year in advance and they were there exactly as planned.
