    So first off let me thank Johnnie and his team for his prompt service and professionalism. They helped me close a deal on my land/lot by performing a last minute percolation test for the land i put up on the market for sale. The lender of the buyer required a perc test before closing and West Coast Sanitation was able to perform the testing in a speedy manner. I deeply appreciate their patience on explaining to me what the steps were and cost associated with this. I’m new to this so Johnnie took his time on explaining to me everything.

    I called to the West Coast Sanitation company was recommended by my neighbor. I was very impressed with how friendly & professional the crew were. Jonny was very patient of answering all my questions. Pricing was very reasonable as well! Highly recommend them!

    !!! Warning !!! I do not recommend this service. Just check the bad reviews; there are more bad than good ones. But it's your decision... Be careful... they might steal or scam your money. They did a bad job and took my money. I don't recommend this company unless you know nothing about this kind of work. You can't argue with the manager or owner, Johnny, about anything. In my case, they only came to pump a little water, no less than 100 gallons, and charged me $400 without solving my problem. I absolutely do not recommend using their services.

    SCAM. These people are atrocious. We hired them as they were "The Inland Empires Trusted Source For Septic Tank Services" but once they received payment they completely ran circles around us and gave us nothing in return. I called Johnny and asked him what is going on with our project and he froze and hung up on me and blocked my number after that. There are several other reviews stating similar experiences. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.
