    If I could, I would give this service zero stars and strongly recommend seeking another provider for septic work. Wastewater Solutions and Design showed up at our home unannounced, which meant no one was present during their repairs. We only realized they had completed any work when we returned home that evening to find both our internet and electricity disrupted; the repair process had resulted in both lines being cut. Because they arrived without notifying us, we had no opportunity to mark our irrigation lines, leading to extensive damage to our system.

    Owner-Russell Williams is very professional and knowledgeable on all septic and well systems. As a realtor for 10+ years he has done numerous septic and well inspections for my buyers and sellers. He is honest and straightforward with all his inspections and repairs.     I am the seller of a family home in Gastonia NC. The buyers realtor had contacted Wastewater Solutions for a septic inspection as his regular guy was tied up. I was informed the tank was 40 inches below grade and they didn't hand dig more than 24 inches. Long story short the company damaged the top of the tank with a piece of equipment and blamed it on the septic tank crumbling and it would be $3500 or more to crush and replace. Second inspector agreed with me so the company caved and sent two guys to put a slab over the hole he created.
