James was amazing to work with! He was so easy to get a hold of and very knowledgeable. He was even able to complete my request days earlier than originally planned. I have never had such a great experience with any service previously and would recommend him to anyone in need of septic services! His compassion, friendliness, and prompt service set him above the rest! I would give him more stars if possible!

I live with my elderly grandmother and when our septic tank backed up I called Walls Septic Pumping and Cleaning Services, Mr. Walls was extremely friendly and professional on the phone and came out that same morning to pump the tank. He was very proficient and very reasonable pricing. We are beyond happy with the work. I would absolutely recommend this company for any septic work or cleaning needed. 5 stars!
