    Repair of leak in small (maybe 2feet)section of water pipe under trailer. The repairman was a wonderful person. He explained everything fully and clearly. Was kind and courteous. I would have him back to do any necessary work, but not at the prices your company charges.

    Notified Call Center over the Labor Day Memorial Weekend initially called Sunday, 06SEP26. Please allow 48 hours. Monday, 07SEP26 Labor Day Holiday. Contacted by Waldstein Plumbing LLC (Travis & Hayden) Tuesday morning, 08SEP26. Spoke with Angela for scheduling Service Appointment for our Richmond 40-Gallon Water Heater with Honeywell Thermostat Control. Adam Plumbing Technician explained issue with Flammable Vapor Sensor Replacement costing $416 for Labor. Parts @ Menard's are under $20. Adam explained their Supply Warehouse is located in Omaha, NE.

    When Waldstein arrived, a thorough walk through was performed and different solutions were presented. They took the time to carefully consider all solutions to arrive at their recommendation for a repair. During the process, communication was very open and transparent and I felt they did a great job considering the entire scope of the project and what solution would be the best in my situation.
