Heard of the company tru a friend I contacted I quickly had set up a date for them to come and get the service done. They were prompt, professional, and efficient. They showed up on time, were super friendly, and got the job done quickly with no hassle. Everything was explained clearly and the area was left clean. Great experience with Volcano Pump Out.

THIS IS MY 6 MONTH UPDATE ! Not sure if im the only one who left this review but at first everything was good service was great i paid around 380 I think I can’t remember was a decent price to get my septic pumped we have a large tank and it’s already full my neighbor referred me and guess what I asked them if they had an issue with theirs SAME THING. They paid 2 times already and no way my tanks getting filled in 6 months I told them and they said WeLl CoMe On MoNdAy” NEVER SHOWED UP THEIR RIPPING YOU OFF GOOD PRICE CUZ THEIR NOT FINISHING THE JOB!

    Response from the owner

Hello Michael, We’re sorry to hear about your experience. After reviewing this with our technician, he shared that an address was never provided, and when it got late, he followed up again today to confirm. At that time, we were informed another provider was already on-site. We apologize for any confusion. Regarding the service from six months ago, the technician confirmed at the time of service with both the customer and another individual on-site that the tank was properly cleaned. Septic tanks can still fill up quickly depending on usage and system conditions, and we’re always happy to re-evaluate. We’d appreciate the chance to review this further and help resolve your concerns. Please contact us at volcanopumpout@gmail.com
