Village Septic Service in MA

Lady on the phone was a peach and the service was phenomenal. Great prices and if you are in Westport or surrounding towns you should be calling this small family run business!

Keith and Holly really know septics, and they are incredibly nice people to boot! We had a septic alarm go off, and Holly was able to squeeze us in later that day. Once Keith showed up, he calmed our panic immediately, taught us how the alarm is an early warning system so you can still use water for a bit, and troubleshot quickly to find and fix the problem. Pricing was also very reasonable for an emergency service. Highly recommend Village Septic for all your septic needs!

I can’t say enough great things about Village Septic! Holly was incredibly helpful and informative every step of the way; always quick to respond and happy to explain the process in detail. As a real estate agent, I work with a lot of vendors, and it’s clear that Holly and Keith are true professionals who genuinely care about the people they work with. Responsive, reliable, and just all-around great people, Village Septic is my go-to recommendation!
