I had called another company explaining that I needed the septic tank pumped and that I didn't know exactly where it was just the vicinity. They came out a first thing one of them said is that they thought it was dug up. I reiterated that I know the vicinity. They spent less then 5 minutes looking and left stating they'd call me and reschedule. Needless to say it never happened. I was referred to Vendi by a reliable source and I am so glad I called them. They found the septic tank in less than 2 minutes and the digging and pumping began. They were very knowledgeable, efficient and personable.

No one wants to experience plumbing issues, especially on a weekend, but Vendi came out on a Saturday to pump our septic tank and trouble shoot a blockage between the house and the tank. They worked in the dark and didn't give up until the blockage was cleared. I was worried this would end up very expensive, but the pricing was very fair. I've found the company I will be working with in the future and I highly recommend them.

I reached out to them to get the septic tank serviced. I first tried through their website. After a week, I did not hear back from them so I decided to call. When trying to schedule an appointment, I told them I could do mornings. I just needed to leave for work by noon. They said they could do 10am. By 10:30am - no call, no show. I reached out to them and was told they were running behind and should be at my house by 11am and they could still get the job done by noon. By 11:30am I still hadn't seen anyone and not received an updated ETA.

Before You Call

One decision when a system acts up is whether a straightforward pump out will settle it or whether the problem runs deeper, and that is a fair question for the first call. Homeowners who know the tank's vicinity but not its exact spot can ask how Vendi locates it, since past customers describe hidden tanks found in minutes.
