    I am very happy with the work Craig and Alex did for my septic line. They paid close attention to detail and made sure to do an excellent job so the line won't separate from the septic system. They took the time to explain what they were going to do and why. They also gave me a lesson on septic systems and leach fields which was way more information that I thought I needed, but I was wrong and it was extremely helpful. I would have them work on my system anytime! Thank you Valley Precast!

    I had an issue with a newly installed septic system. Even though the system wasn't installed by Valley, they were very responsive to phone calls to assist with troubleshooting the system and then scheduled an expedited service call. All this happened over a holiday weekend. Excellent customer service.

    Valley Precast provides a decent enough product but they really need to work on their customer service and honoring their estimates. Their service manager is extremely rude and gets the rest of the staff worked up. They have a culture of trying to talk over you in a condescending manner which is frustrating to say the least. Go somewhere other than Valley Precast if you are able to.

    It’s nice to do business with a company who has great customer service. From the attention to detail from to office, to when William came out today to do the start up for our system. It was great watching someone who not only has a lifetime of experience, but you could see the pride taken in the simple yet overlooked tasks to do something right. I appreciated his attention to detail and time taken to educate me to on needed items to maintain our system. Many thanks to all at Valley Precast!

Matthew writes that when a system Valley did not install gave him trouble, the company answered his calls over a holiday weekend and scheduled a fast visit to troubleshoot.
