I’ve never used Valley Isle pumping but I recently called them because there was this loud noise. I couldn’t figure out what it was until I walked across the street to see the big Valley Isle pumping going on at a restaurant. I called the company and I was like what’s up man. This noise is so loud at 6 AM. The man on the very patiently and kindly explained to me that it’s so hard for them to get parking to get this pumping process completed that they have to do it this early and it used to be at 4 AM instead of 6am. After he told me that I considered myself lucky that it was 6 AM.

Response from the owner

Aloha, Thank you for your kind words and understanding.

Excellent service! Oscar was extremely professional and polite. He explained the problem with our drain and fixed it very quickly. Will definitely use Valley Isle again for any future plumbing needs and will refer to anyone who has need of plumbing services.

I didn't call for service a neighbor of mine did. When arrived at 9:47AM, the pumping truck was parked ALMOST directly in front of my home for 34 minutes idling loudly, even woke my young children up before the driver backed into THEIR customers driveway. A few hours passed and it’s now 11:47AM. I thought because the driver drove back down their driveway they were about to leave but unfortunately for me they came and parked a stone throw away from my home again at 11:47AM just idling loudly..

Just had an AWESOME experience with Ryan at Valley Isle Pumping (VIP). Ryan saved me a pile of money and time with his knowledge and experience. He walked me through what to look for with cesspool ownership and set my mind at ease. I will be using VIP in the future again and recommending them to all. Mahalo!

I absolutely LOVE Valley Isle Pumping. They went above and beyond for me. I used them to pump my septic tank but I actually did not know where my septic tank was located. They made the trip, spent their own time to come out and did not charge me for it when they realised that my tank was too buried for them to work with it. When I did finally locate my septic tank and uncovered it, they were so pleasant to work with. They stuck around after the pumping to answer all my questions and even helped diagnose another issue I was having.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Happy customers describe cesspool pumping and inspections where the crew answered questions before and after the job, and a phone that gets answered. Ryan at the office comes up by name for walking callers through the next steps, and Oscar for explaining a drain problem and fixing it quickly. Anthony wrote that the crew came out on short notice ahead of a home sale and "located the tank with their state of the art camera."

Before You Call

If a home sale is setting the timeline, the decision is whether to book a straight septic pumping or start with a real estate inspection and pump afterward. The question worth asking on the phone is how soon a crew can come out.
