    The worst costumer service i have ever seen.. paying for twice weekly service and most weeks getting one to no service at all. I have been calling for the last 3 weeks complaining. Falling on deaf ears. Nothing but excuses.

    This company is an absolute joke. Totally disorganized. Nobody knows what's going on. Call and call and wait on hold and do nothing but talk to corporate office folks who give false information. Will never work with these people ever again.

    Horrible! Stay away from this company!! They offered a monthly charge, then billed the charge weekly. Drivers delivered to the wrong address twice on the initial dropoff. This company has SERIOUS communication problems between sales, billing, and dispatch. We got stuck with an $800 bill after being threatened with collections, even though sales said it was their mistake. Stay away!!

    Game day today for the Pop Warner Youth Football league in Dorchester… It’s the first game of the day and the units are FILTHY and out of toilet paper. I would have taken a pic of the unit but that would have been uncalled for IMHO… The last date checked tells the tale of the tape for me.
