Very misleading. The price of our project was increased x 3 while the work had already begun. Lots of miscommunication. Poor English. Yoandry was very inflexible and not honest. Even threaten at one point to put a lien on our property when we tried to negotiate because he clearly did not explain the price of the work. The proposal did not matter. He said whatever he says goes, not the proposal. Even suggested that we take a loan out of our homes equity. Treated me, a woman, with less respect than with men. His wife called me for sending him messages that were work related in the evening.
