Underground Services of America Inc. in West Palm Beach, FL

About Underground Services of America Inc.

From the website of Underground Services of America Inc., read 15 Sept 2026. It describes what the company says it offers, not independent verification.

Underground Services of America pumps septic tanks, cleans grease traps and pumps lift stations. System repairs and maintenance are part of the regular workload, and the company runs lift station maintenance programs for owners who want checks on a set schedule. What stands out for a homeowner with a failing tank is the emergency side. The company says its members have access to a 24/7 emergency response crew, and that is the detail to weigh when a system gives out on a weekend.

Google Reviews

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Several reviewers describe the same pattern: a same-day arrival and a clear explanation of what the crew found. Aurélie writes that her full tank was emptied the day she called and the fix came the following day. Marie says RJ "gave ETA and explained the process" before any work started. RJ comes up more than once, first for staying on a main drain until it finally flowed. Wendy names Joey and Robby as the crew on her job and says scheduling moved quickly. A home inspector and a realtor both write that they put their clients in this company's hands.

Frequently Asked Questions

Before You Call

One decision to settle early is whether to call only when the tank is full or to put checks on a schedule through a lift station maintenance program. If the 24/7 crew is what draws you, ask what a membership includes before the night you actually need it.
