Just had a great experience with these guys. Quick Sunday service. They repaired the 70+ year old, leaky copper pipe issue quickly and restored water to our home. They also checked house pressure and all water to house was running safely. Intelligent, friendly and professional.

    Response from the owner

Thank you, Karen. Quick Sunday service matters when a leaky copper pipe leaves the home without water, and it is good to hear the repair was handled efficiently. The team also appreciates you mentioning the pressure check and safe water flow before they left. Your feedback means a lot, and they will be here whenever you need reliable plumbing help again.

True Value was very responsive. They arrived within 30 minutes of our call and provided an accurate estimate. Once they started the work, they discovered that it would require additional effort, but they explained everything clearly before proceeding. They were clean, organized, and professional throughout the job. I highly recommend True Value to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy plumber.

Thank you, Pao. Arriving quickly, giving a clear estimate, and explaining the added work before moving forward are all part of keeping the process straightforward. It is good to hear the team was clean, organized, and professional throughout the job. They appreciate your trust and will be ready whenever you need reliable plumbing help again.

Terrible management, communication, and lie straight to your face. I do not recommend.
