    From start to finish and excellent experience. During the initial process, Mark was clear on what needed to be done (unlike another vendor). In the office, Paula worked with the County and BEC on some issues though we were frustrated and I will need to re-plat. The actual work was excellent. I was sent photos of the work while in progress and had any questions explained. It was hard work through the caliche and Mark did an exceptional job, leveling and ensuring there was a proper drop for flow. I'm not sure I can say enough good things about the experience. It was exceptional.

    Hard to believe that there is anyone better in the Hill Country. Great service, attention to detail, communication and price. So good, my neighbor switched contractors to use them. Septic and utility work.

    Very detail oriented and did fantastic work at exactly the price they quoted me. The were even able to help me dispose of the old tank. They took a while due to rain but their attention to detail more than made up for it. Great work.

    We have used Tri County for 4 separate systems. One commercial and 3 residential. They are great and do everything right and give you all available options. Mark is great and spotting problems that can occur but leaves the final decision up to you. I will continue to call them first and recomend them to everyone.
