    Do not recommend. Very poor communication as I had to constantly call to find out the situation. They did not finish a job, and did not tell me when they were coming back to complete. No communication on the status of the job. I asked them to check the backflow on all toilets. This was never completed. Later, I find out that one toilet was blocked but tri septic said that everything was okay. So either they did not try it, forgot it, or just simply are not thorough. But I do not intend to use them again.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Tri-County Septic! From the initial phone call to the completed pump-out, the entire process was fast, smooth, and professional. Their pricing was reasonable and fair, and everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. They even arrived early, which was greatly appreciated and made the whole experience even more convenient. It's refreshing to work with a company that values great customer service and follows through on their promises. I highly recommend Tri-County Septic and will definitely be using them again for future pump-outs.

    Great company! Sam and Matt just left after a pump out. They were very nice, professional and knowledgeable. I didn't know I had two covers and my filter was in the back of the second one. He cleaned out both sides and cleaned the filter. Afterwards, he sealed the covers back up and replaced the dirt. Very affordable! Highly recommend them!

    Weird company. I scheduled with them for 10 AM for a drainage field issue, but someone showed up at 8 AM and tried to charge me for septic service. When I explained what I actually needed, he said he was going to give me a quote, but I never heard from him again. I called the office, and they sounded like they had no clue what was going on. I would look for another company if I were you.

Most reviewers describe pump-outs and system cleanings. Several mention the crew arriving on time or early, and Sam and Matt come up by name in more than one review. Frank, who had the system cleaned and inspected on a house he had just bought, wrote that they "took time to go over the system" and its alarm. Eric's review describes a tank that needed pumping three times in ten months, where the crew found a filter under a cover and cleaned it out. Lisa wrote about a tank with two covers and a filter in the second one. Two customers had a worse time, with Ginger writing that a backflow check on the toilets was never completed and Dor writing that a crew arrived two hours before a scheduled drainage field visit and never sent a quote.
