Was needing a Title 5 inspection right away with plans to list our home for sale within two weeks. Patrick picked up the phone immediately and I didn’t have to leave a message. Great news! An appt was made with an inspection that was set up for the next week. We received even more good news as Patrick had an unexpected cancellation and was able to fit us in even earlier. In spite of the rain that started halfway through the digging, Patrick finished the job with a smile on his face. The service was professional, detail oriented, and our report was received back in a timely manner.

Response from the owner

Thank you so much for the kind review!!!

Patrick did my Title V inspection this past week right after we got 3 feet of snow! Yes....3 feet. When I was trying to initially get in contact to book an appointment with him, he was out of town but was still nice enough to call me back, answer a bunch of my questions and schedule an appointment! Also, he was able to do my inspection only one week later! The system is 50 ish years old and I was very nervous. He has a very calm demeanor and made me feel more relaxed about the situation and said its better off that I know what is going on with it than not being that its that old.

Response from the owner

Hi Johnny, thank you so much, I really appreciate you taking the time to leave a review!
