Their drivers think the rules of the road dont apply to them. Contacted the office. Got games and hung up on twice. Typical when you are not professional.

Bernie was very kind and took the time to explain everything to me on the phone. This is my first time scheduling a service with them to take take of a family members cabin property and they have helped make this stress free. Thank you.

    Response from the owner

Joe, thank you so much for the kind review! We’re glad Bernie was able to answer your questions and help make the process a little less stressful. We truly appreciate you trusting us to take care of your family’s cabin property and look forward to working with you! Take Care, Amber Woodrow, Co-Owner

We have a cabin on Big Sandy Lake in McGregor and have used Timber Lakes multiple times since switching from another company. Every experience has been excellent. From the office staff who answer the phones to the crew out in the field, everyone is professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They’re always fair, reliable, and do a great job. We’ve been consistently impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the area looking for septic services.

    Response from the owner

Ben, thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review! It means a lot to our entire team to hear that you’ve consistently had a great experience with us, from the office to the crew in the field. We truly appreciate your continued business and your recommendation. Thank you for trusting Timber Lakes to take care of your cabin!

We’ve been a customer since 2015. There may be other companies that perform this service, but I’d bet large that nobody does it as well as Tim and his crew. Always on time. Always professional. Always with a smile.
