  1. Bill H.

    September 2025

Had Tidey Excavation come out and look at my lot for ideas about grading after completing the house. Jack came up with the grand plan for now and future expansion. They started and finished on time even with taking on an impromptu septic tank fix. Jody ran the excavator like a conductor with an orchestra. Don’t know how he can make a machine work like that. Heavy touches when needed to a feather touch when placing stones. He is truly a master at his craft. The ladies in the office were very pleasant and professional to work with. Overall a 5 star performance for the entire organization.

    Response from the owner

Heartfelt thank you, Bill. Jody is the best and we couldn't do it without him! Can't wait to work with you in the future and don't hesitate to call us for anything you may need!

    June 2025

Recently, while having water liene dug in by a different company, a drain line from my septic tank was broken. On Friday afternoon it is hard to find someone to come out , make a proper repair , ahead of a major rainstorm…Tidy Excavation sent their man, Logon , who called ahead to get an idea of my needed repairs, showed up on time and fixed my problem! Nice to know of a local company that can do and does it.

    Response from the owner

Rodger, Thank you so much for the shout out! You are such a kind soul, we were so happy to be able to help you out. Please call us if there is any way we can help you in the future. P.S. Logan is great, isn't he? :)

    January 2025

Jack and his team were amazing! They let us know when they would be starting work on our septic and let us know if or when there were hold ups! We had been looking for a company that would be able to do work after the tornado in May hit us (without having to consider selling our organs on the black market to be able to pay for it) in Decatur, we started losing hope. Jack and Lisa are amazing people, straightforward and honest. Definitely will be using them again if we need something more!

    Response from the owner

Renee thank you so much! We were so happy to be able to help you. We are just a phone call away. You and the family take care!
