Two years and 4 months drain field replacement review. During and after two rain seasons our septic tank has worked perfectly. I check my inspection port once a month and i'ts always about a 1/4" trickle. During the estimate, the salesperson was focused on our needs rather than selling us what we didn't need and gave us a very good price. During the construction phase they addressed all our concerns. I 100% recommend this company!. Thank You.

Came to drain the tank on 2/10 and was filled again by March called and was told that his son performed the clean out and he was honest so I'm suppose to be OK with it because they did their job zero customer service at this place would not recommend after speaking with Cathy she made things right so I changed my review thank you Kathy!

    Response from the owner

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your experience, as that’s never our goal. Your septic tank was pumped on 2/10, and the service was completed properly and in full at that time. Septic systems can refill quickly depending on usage, household size, or if there are underlying issues within the system, which are sometimes not immediately visible during a routine pump-out. We understand how frustrating that can be. We always strive to provide both quality service and clear communication, and we’d be happy to speak with you directly to review your situation and answer any questions. Please feel free to contact us at 813-685-1830. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to address your concerns.
