Could not be more pleased. Blake was on time, he recommended the way to position the truck, and explained all of the details. It only took 45 minutes or so, he gave me a summary and the exact number of gallons removed which was almost identical to his estimate. Excellent service. We will be using Tank it Easy again!

    Response from the owner

We always want our customers to feel informed throughout the process, so it means a lot that you appreciated the communication, accurate estimate, and straightforward service. August 2026

My septic tank was full and in need of pumping. I called Tank It Easy on Monday morning, spoke to Blake, and I was scheduled for that same afternoon! David and Blake showed up and took care of business like absolute pros. I was incredibly impressed by their knowledge and their methods to give the customer a truly thorough septic tank pumping. Highly recommend!

    Response from the owner

Rick, thank you so much for the awesome review and recommendation! We’re glad we could get you taken care of so quickly. Blake and David take a lot of pride in doing a thorough job and making sure our clients understand what’s happening along the way, so your kind words mean a lot to us. We truly appreciate you trusting Tank It Easy with your septic system!

Reviewers describe a crew that arrives when it says it will. Beverly says they called ahead to say they were on the way. David says Blake was on time, suggested where to position the truck and explained each step. Several reviews describe fast turnarounds. Rick was booked for pumping the same afternoon he called, and Nieman had two backed-up homes visited in one day. Karla's septic line was clogged, and she wrote that Blake "was able to clear my line" with specialty equipment. Care for the property comes up more than once. Bernadette says the crew was careful around a new asphalt driveway and had earlier replaced her tank lids.
