Grant was great, came out. Pumped my tank and explained everything I need to know about my system. Happy to support a family company.

Not a fan of leaving a review solely based on CX but I called to cancel an appointment and to reschedule later in the year. After saying "I'd like to cancel my up coming apt" I was met with.. "Ok, I'll cancel, bye." I was literally trying to continue the convo with, "'I'd like to reschedule....", but was spoken over with "ok bye..". Not sure why the attitude, maybe another coffee was needed. Thats all it takes these days to go with someone else though.

Sara, thank you, thank you!!!! We just had a great experience with T. Palmer Septic Service, a fantastic family owned and operated business for 30 years. We are first time home buyers and asked a lot of questions around a dilemma we were facing and Sara was incredibly informative and helpful. Anyone would be lucky to work this company!

    Response from the owner

Thank you for the great review! I’m glad we were able to help, good luck with your new home! 🏡
