We recently had our septic system and drain field replaced, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. After many quotes, we felt they were very fair and honest. T & M Septic Pumping were outstanding from start to finish. Terry took the time to answer our questions, explain the process, and ensure everything was done correctly. His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail gave us confidence throughout the entire project. What could have been a stressful undertaking was handled smoothly and efficiently. A special thank you to Charlene in the office as well.

I rent my cottage on Lake 27 in Gaylord. We had an issue where our plumbing was backing up (thank goodness my housekeeper identified the problem inbetween renters). I called T&M desperate for a solution that day as I only had 6 hours before my next renter checked in. They answered the call (which doesn't always happen) and assured me someone would be there at 2:00. Mind you, this was on a Friday! Kudos to T&M for helping me avoid a catastrophe. And, they came out when others may have called it a day / week. I am now scheduled for annual service so I don't end up in this predicament again.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for the kind words LeAnn!!

Highly recommend the T&M team and will recommend them to all our neighbors. Our septic tank had overflown over the holiday weekend. Called them on Sunday over the Memorial Day weekend after attempting to call many other companies. To our surprise they not only answered but they came out same day and got us taken care of. They are really amazing people, true professionals, and experts at what they do! Thank you thank you so much!!

    Response from the owner

Thank you for the amazing review! We were very happy to help.

I HIGHLY recommend this company!! We needed an emergency pump when the power went down, as the pump was not moving sewage to the city sewer line, and it was backing up into the basement. We called every company from the Bridge to Traverse, and T&M was the ONLY company that could/would come and pump the holding tank. They saved us about a $50,0000 remodel. Spencer was very professional, courteous, and economical!! Life savers in our time of need. We will continue to recommend and refer you folks! Rhonda Brown, via The Sproul Family 🥰

    Response from the owner

Thank you so much for the kind words and review
