They, Muck Septic, was here the day I called Superior Sanitation. All of my toilets and shower drain were backed up. Not only were they very friendly and helpful, they solved my problem. I'd highly recommend them both!

I had used them previously renting a porta potty and it was good, but then I had a septic issue in April and Superior had Muck Septic come out. The issue wasn’t resolved by Muck, nor was any guidance to help resolve it offered by Superior After that point.I was told just to “wait and let it calm down.” it didn’t. I did communicate that it wasn’t coming down by phone call. I got on the list for a porta potty . Weeks passed. ...They knew I was without septic. They were non-responsive to my calls by neither calling me back after I left multiple messages , or answering he phone.

We pumped your tank in November, when you previously left us a five-star rating and a generous tip to our employee. We have communicated with you since then, and have helped troubleshoot issues you've had with your toilet leak, even referring you out to a plumber. We understand your frustration about having to wait for a portable toilet. We are in a shortage and you among many others are on the waiting list. The portable toilets you see in your area are the customers who have also been on the waiting list, but before you on that list. We have attempted to communicate with you, and have called you but are unable to leave a voicemail because your inbox is full. Again, we apologize for the wait, but it is out of our control.
