Paid $400 to have a inspection done on my septic and the guy came out and looked at it and said you need to replace the system. Nothing was opening, turned on, tested, vacuumed, or anything. The report says good working order but needs to be replaced and then a quote for a new system. Note: They do not offer or do inspections only sales.

I normally don’t write reviews but Sun Coast Septic absolutely deserves one. To be honest I was a little skeptical about calling them at first because some of the reviews online weren’t the greatest. Still I decided to give them a shot and I’m really glad I did. The experience was completely different from what I expected. The owner was incredibly professional, honest, and easy to deal with from the start. He took the time to explain everything answered all my questions and made sure the job was done the right way. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his customers.

If I could give zero stars I would. We have had septic problems since the day we moved in. It has finally come to a head and we’ve had to dig our entire yard up. The company failed to put the required amount of field drain line and has caused backing up of septic into house, draining into yard, and now failure requiring replacement. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I set up an appointment with them on my property in the Helena area to install a new septic tank for a new house construction. They were on time for the appointment and knowledgeable about the topic and the area. He said he would come on Friday at 7am which was 3 days later which sounded good to me. He arrived exactly on time, got the septic tank installed as described and did the whole job fast. The county inspector who has a reputation as a stickler for detail came out and looked the job over and gave a big thumbs up and approved it all.
