Disappointing and unprofessional. The receptionist made a major issue out of the fastener size on my above-ground septic cover that they installed and pumped previously. Instead of doing their jobs, the receptionist actually asked me to remove the bolts myself so they wouldn't 'lose' them. I hired a professional company so I wouldn't have to handle the dirty work or manage tools. Lazy attitude and poor customer service. In addition they have doubled their rates over a short period and are very nickel and dimey - as an example asking customers to take covers off. Should i pump the tank too?

Used their service for septic tank pumping and had a great experience from start to finish. I appreciated the prompt communication at every stage and the fact that I got to talk to a real person in my very first call attempt. Very different from the frustrating experience I have had with all other providers, where I would only get answering machines, asked to leave a message that they would respond to "immediately", only to never hear back at all. Stewart's got me scheduled for the next week, no significant wait time. The driver Rob L.

Competitive pricing, easy scheduling, and they care about customer satisfaction. Initially they didn't put back my tank covers correctly but when I brought it to their attention they were happy to come out and make it right. I can tell from talking to one of the owners and the GM that they really care about the quality of their work which is rare in this day and age.

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.
