Several reviewers land on the same story: a problem on a weekend and a fast arrival. When a sewer backed up at Shawna's business on a Sunday, she says Danny showed up "within the hour" and got it fixed. Dan reports a Saturday morning call sorted out in about an hour, and James had someone at his house the very next day. The tank side of the work shows up too. Preston describes a septic tank set at his place and a return trip to fix the dirt once it settled. Bri credits a Sunday visit that cleared up her problems right away.

Before You Call

A full tank does not wait for a convenient week, so the real decision is often how fast a pumping crew can reach the property. When you call Stevens Excavating & Plumbing LLC, ask whether a truck can come out the same day or over a weekend if the system is already backing up.
