Could not have asked for a better service. We needed a new Septic system because the county said the current one was out of date. I was recommended SCS and it was the right choice. Adam was very forward on the process and whats all going on and he answered every question and explained why. The work was quick and the mound looks good. They even regraded the driveway after all heavy equipment was done.

SCS installed the rip rap on our shoreline. We were extremely pleased with the end result. They helped us through the permitting process as well. Very professional, great to work with. We highly recommend.

Updated with newest pictures to their water fixes; done September 2025. Installed gutters that do NOT work and a ton of silicone. - did not fix the problem. Have had the same water leaking for 3 years in a new home they built. Have been back several times to fix it and they are unsuccessful. We have now figured out that they did not seal any part of our grade board. Which is a code thing… they did not waterproof our home. Still waiting for them to fix this large issue. Do not hire these people, they are unprofessional and lack real experience.

Specialty Construction Services was contracted to build a custom home and install a septic system. They prepped a foundation and plumbing and poured concrete before receiving engineered plans resulting in many plumbing pipes in the wrong location and missing electrical causing a need to modify the plan to make it work. The septic backed up almost right away due to improper pipe slope and an additional pipe came apart at a glue joint requiring an additional emergency repair.
