    Southwick is amazing! Every time I reach out - seriously, every time -Jaime answers the phone and goes above and beyond to help answer my questions or send out information! I don’t know a lot about septic tanks and systems but she has been so helpful to us! This company has done a great job of maintaining our system and I wouldn’t use anyone else. So happy with them!!!

    I contacted Jaime at 8 o’clock this morning with a septic tank problem and needed service right away. She was able to send Bill and Kayden out same day. Bill and Kayden were very professional as well as helpful. They answered all of my questions and it is apparent that they have a great deal of knowledge and experience. They were very helpful and professional, as well as courteous. I would recommend that if you need any septic assistance that you contact them. Such a great company and friendly people to work with.

    I have two septic systems. Southwick is the best!! I can call and ask questions about my septic system, which is great! Quick service on my systems, follow up phone calls and great prices, especially when its a last minute call and same day service! Highly recommend.
