scheduled an appointment for 1 pm, called at 2 told it would be 4-5, called at 4:50 told it would be at least an hour. Cancelled appointment. Not likely to make the mistake of using them again. Round 2... much better. Technician showed up exactly on time, pumped out the septic system, checked the cleanout, and cleaned up. A solid job well done. Eating my earlier words. Round 3 Have used them again without any problems.

This is just to let you know, the time to tell someone you will charge a $275 service call to come out for 10 minutes so you can look at a problem I explained over the phone , is before you show up. I did not request you to come out, you said you needed to look at the problem. The fee was paid. After being a longtime customer, I will not use your company again. I have no problem paying a service call for your time, but $275 is excessive to literally spend 10 minutes at my house. It’s not that you don’t do good work. We’ve had no complaints over the years, other than being hard to reach.

Beware. These guys came to look at my septic problem, pissed in my driveway and told me to call someone else and gave me a number and sent me a bill for $275

I'll let the lack of information on the inspection and the price I was charged for it speak for themselves. No other advice was given, and I was quoted 8k to 20k to fix the problem. Only the perc test would cost 1.5k
