I call this company 2 days before the scheduled appointment to have my septic system pumped. Then the morning of the appointment they call me to verify that the appointment was still scheduled. I confirmed the appointment with Mr. Rangel. Then the company calls me back 15 minutes before the appointment to tell me that I would have to reschedule, the truck was full and they don’t work that later that 2pm. If your time is valuable, call a company that has better customer service. This company clearly doesn’t care.

I called them this morning to have my septic tanks emptied. The service tech was at my house within 1 1/2 hours to do the job. Great service in a timely manner and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be using them again and recommend their service.

May 21st had them come to empty septic tank. They were on time and courteous. After about 10 minutes, they said they couldn't find the clean out. Said they didn't have the right tools to find the clean out. One of the men offered to come back on his own time to find the clean out at a cost of $250. And once he found the clean out, the company would come back out to finish the service for another $250. I felt like it was a bit underhanded to solicit side business. And isn't it their job to have the proper equipment on their truck to do the job you've hired them for? Very disappointed.
