Have had two issues with this company. They were very good to us when we first started using them so I was disappointed in how the quality of service declined over the years: First issue: When they installed the septic tank to my husband’s shop *we found it floating out of the ground*. The codes inspector said that they forgot to fill it with water at the time of install, she called him and had him come and fix it. I would not have left a bad review over that alone because accidents happen and they made it right.

Very prompt attention to my septic issues. Fantastic customer service. Excellent work at a reasonable price. In this day and age it’s refreshing to see a business operate in such a good manner.

Had a septic system installed. Couldn't have gone any better. Southern Septic took care of everything, permits having the water and electric lines marked. They arrived in the morning and were done that day. The job came in a good bit under what the estimate was. I have already recommended them to a neighbor. This is what a small town company is supposed to be. Thanks Southern Septic!

Having a drainage problem. Called in the morning and within a hour they were here! I bought the property about 4 years ago and had no idea where the septic tank was. I never had a septic tank. They found the tank and the problem in ,15 minutes! A hour later they were done!! Great service very professional will definitely call them again!

Allyne got in touch on a Saturday with a downstairs toilet that would not flush, and less than two hours later, in her words, the crew "had my tank suctioned before noon." Bruce says the team that pumped his tank explained the problem and how to keep it from coming back, and Curtis had a full system installed with the permits and the water and electric line marking taken care of, the crew arriving in the morning and finishing the same day.
