No one wants to have septic issues, however when you do Southern Sanitation comes through with flying colors. The Project manager Chris returned my calls withing minutes he explained everything that was happening and continually kept me up to date. My experience started with Dave the pump out guy who was awesome. The work started at 930 am and by 11am the old tank was gone and the new tank installed and hooked up. Thank God because I had 7 people in my house at the time. The work crew, which consisted of Brice, Vincent, Hayden and Dabelle were professional and very experienced.

Response from the owner

Thank you so much, Shawn! We truly appreciate you taking the time to recognize so many members of our team. We’re glad Chris kept you informed throughout the process, Dave got things started on the right foot, and Brice, Vincent, Hayden, and Dabelle were able to get your new tank installed quickly and professionally. We’ll also be sure to share your kind words with Terry. Thank you for trusting Southern Sanitary Systems and for the 10-star recommendation!

Great service, expedient, efficient n hardworking! Vincent knew n did his job very well. I have an older house/Septic system from 1953.Vincent dug, piped , mounded/seeded n drenched elec connection fot lift station in a rather short time-period. Southern Sanitary upgraded our system so that vault was larger n new seeded drain-field/mound no longer failed. Superviser/Coordinating Officer, Chris, was extremely knowledgeable n experienced n also very communicative. He CUT NO CORNERS in completing the job.

Response from the owner

It means a lot to know their hard work, communication, and attention to detail helped make your septic system upgrade a smooth process.
