I can’t say enough about these guys. I called them and they got me in within two days. Arrived on time and had the job done within an hour. They are neat and cleaned up perfectly. Highly recommend theses guys. Thanks so much!

We found out about a year ago that when Sorrels pumped out our septic, only half of it was done. Needless to say, that was upsetting to find out. We paid six hundred for “two” tanks.

If I could give more then five stars I would. Paul is very friendly and knowledgeable about his service and hard working Along with his friend Larry, they got me going again and I enjoyed sitting talking to his dad while Paul and Larry did their thing. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who has septic issues. Thanks from the bottom of my heart to Paul, Larry and his dad.

I called Paul and he answered in minutes, I thought that I had and emergency with the septic tank, he showed up in less then 2 hours he checked it and he was so nice and explained everything to me and gave few points about how to keep my septic tank, his price was soo fair, I highly recommend him, he will fix few things in the future as he explained, thank you so much Paul

SSTP responded to my inquiry quickly, scheduled around my calendar, did a great job locating and pumping my septic tank, and were pleasant, respectful and responsible. I highly recommend Paul and his team!!

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Customers most often describe how quickly the crew came. Chad says they "squeezed me in the day I called," and another homeowner with a suspected emergency had Paul at the house in under two hours. A third was booked within two days and had the job finished in about an hour. The work reviewers describe includes finding a buried tank with a transmitter, digging through roots and large rocks to reach it, pumping it out, and inspecting the system. Several say Paul explained how a septic system works and how to look after it. One customer, Amy, said that a pumping left only half of her system done.
