I had a great experience with Solid State Septic from start to finish. Their communication was excellent, they kept me informed throughout the entire process and were always quick to answer my questions. They showed up exactly when they said they would, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when they were done. Joseph was professional, courteous, and clearly takes pride in doing quality work. It's not often you find a company that's this reliable and has amazing customer service. I would absolutely recommend Solid State Septic to anyone needing septic services!

They were great. I was told from another septic company that I would have to replace the entire system and they came out and took a look at my property and realized I only needed to do a crossover. It saved me thousands of dollars. Honestly, kind of a huge financial lifesaver. The person who came out was also friendly and tried to be accommodating because I was trying to save my orange tree (which was causing the leach lines problems). It probably can't be transplanted successfully but I appreciate them trying!

They team arrived on time, worked quickly, and left my yard how they found it. They were very professional and the pricing was very reasonable. They even came out to service our septic on a Sunday.
