  1. Hunor S.

    February 2026

    For the zero customer service

    Response from the owner

24 weeks ago, you did not call our office, or if you did, you did not leave a message. Your first call to us was on July 15th, 2026, & you did not want to pay for digging & covering which is fine. You said you would call us back when your septic tank was accessible & ready for service. You have not called back since.

They were the only one who would fix the real problem. Two others just wanted to replace the whole system. Snell did quality work at a good price. A+ service. Don't waste your time anywhere else just call this service.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for your kind review. We are glad you are satisfied with your service, & we appreciate your business.

The Snell father and son team did a fantastic job of putting up two risers and neatly backfilling the area after doing my septic pump out. They also took time to answer my many questions. They are a trusted family business in our area and I would not call anyone else.

    Response from the owner

Thank you for your kind words. We are grateful to be your neighbor & to have you as our customer.

Homeowners describe calls for locating buried septic tanks, pumping out wastewater, and installing risers so the lids remain accessible. Jennifer noted that the crew arrived "within a few hours" after a morning call left her household without working plumbing. Snell family members across generations walked owners through maintenance pointers after finishing the dig.
