    Called in the morning and they showed up that afternoon to replace a high water alarm float - that Chris had in the truck. Not only did he replace the float, but he checked and fixed all the wiring going from the alarm box to the float!! Above and beyond expectations!

    Snappy Septic installed the septic system for house in Northlake Hills in Jonestown, Texas. They were very professional from start to finish. After our system was designed but before it was installed, new requirements regarding the system were implemented by either the county or Lower Colorado River Authority. Snappy Septic helped get our system compliant and permitted! They have a great relationship with the permitting office, which is very helpful when building a new home! We are so happy with Snappy Septic we will use them to maintain our system going forward.
