About Smooth Flow Septic

From the website of Smooth Flow Septic, read 15 Sept 2026. It describes what the company says it offers, not independent verification.

Smooth Flow Septic started out as a pumping service and has grown from there. Their site says the company now offers drainfield repair and installation, pump repair and replacement, wastewater testing, tank replacements and on-site inspections. For a homeowner that means the crew pumping the tank is also the crew that can replace a worn pump or repair a field if the inspection turns up more.

These gentlemen did an amazing job, not tearing up my yard. Great customer service on time reasonable prices. The last company we had came in at a super low Price, once they opened up the holes, they tried telling us we needed to replace our whole septic field. Be wary of anyone with a basement Price they’re gonna get you on the backside. We will be using these folks moving forward

From the Google listing, checked 30 Aug 2026.

Several reviews describe the same experience: a crew that arrives when it said it would and a yard left looking like no one had dug there at all. "No mess, no fuss!!" is how Rob put it after one job. Others point to technicians who explained the work as they went, and one customer credits the crew with spotting that the filter needed changing rather than pumping a tank that was not full.

Local Ground

Around Hogansville, the main drain-field limit is slow water movement: water leaves the soil too slowly for a conventional field to keep up. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Hogansville city page for the full soil profile.

Before You Call

A drainfield that turns soggy or slow leaves a homeowner with one decision: repair the field or plan for a new one. Smooth Flow Septic does both kinds of drainfield work, and an on-site inspection is where that answer starts. A fair question for the first phone call is how soon someone can come out and take a look.
