    I had the SludgeHammer system installed in hope of restoring my slow drain field.. Unfortunately this didn't work for me and ended up eventually replacing my field, this may work for other folks and I realize this was perhaps a long shot.. This is a well designed system intended for new builds or even retrofitted into an existing tank.. So why 2 stars? As a residential home owner the installer signs you up for their yearly maintenance program which costs around 400-500$.

    I had my system installed over a year ago in North Jersey . The sludgehammer is doing exactly what Wilson Septic company said it would do. Thank you for saving My family a lot of money. Let me know when the company is hiring sales staff. This product is great.

    As a septic system designer of 28 years, I have worked with many different secondary treatment manufacturers. Some companies provide decent treatment, but their products are not reliable and extremely difficult to repair. Others have good technical support, but their products are prohibitively expensive. In my business, I greatly value the opinions of installers and service providers, so when I hear that someone would rather cut off their right hand than service a system, I take notice. SludgeHammer is the exception. They have a terrific, scalable technology that produces fantastic results.

    We had this installed at my dad's home and are thrilled with the results! Installation was quick and we didn't have to tear up any of the landscaping to do it. A few months later, there is no smell and everything continues to run smoothly.
