Rudy and Christine at Sludgebusters are amazing! Every time I need septic help they make it happen easily and efficiently. I highly recommend them! Rudy knocked it out of the park again on my new septic tank install. He diligently broke through a rock layer to get the tank in and finished in one day. Sludgebusters is best place for all your septic needs! Rudy will not leave until the job is completed!

Rudy from Sledge Busters Septic serviced my two septic tanks. It was their first servicing since I had my home built ten years ago. One tank was original (30+ years) from the original home that was on my property. The new tank (10 years) was added when I built my home. Cherokee County code required the new tank. I cannot say enough good things about Rudy. He knows what he is doing. He located both tank covers exactly where they were even though they were different types of tanks in different parts of my yard. Yes, he had to dig into my yard. However, the digging was minimal.

Hired this company for emergency septic pumping. After introducing myself I was unable to stay and watch them. They falsely said they pumped 1500 gallons but there were no holes. When I asked further they said they pumped all 1500 gallons through the tanks exhaust pipe. Obviously I knew they were scammers at this point and even got a signed copy from Rudy that he pumped 1500 gallons. When I told my plumber he called this company and threatened to report them to Cobb county if they didn’t come out and actually pump my tank which is what I paid them to do in the first place.

Sludgebuster inspected and supposedly pumped my septic a week before we closed on our house. The septic is now discharging under my deck. I called and explained, the rude woman who answered said there's nothing they can or will do. It was just a "visual inspection" however the document I have clearly says needs to be pumped, was pumped. Not the case. She was very short, rude and disrespectful. I didn't choose this company and I recommend you don't either!

Rudy and his assistant we're amazing. They showed up on time and got right to work. They made sure everything was done correctly and thoroughly. I couldn't be more pleased and would highly recommend them .

    Response from the owner

Thank you Charles! We look forward to servicing you in the future.

Rudy is the name that keeps turning up in five-star reviews, locating tank covers, keeping the digging small and finishing the job fast. Dawn watched him break through a rock layer to set her new tank and wrap the install in a single day. Owen went as far as calling him the "Happy Septic Guy". Christine is the other name that comes up, answering the phone, getting people onto the schedule quickly and explaining the work before the visit. Buyers and sellers appear in these reviews too. One needed a new tank and field lines inside a closing deadline, another wanted the tank pumped and inspected before a purchase went through, and a third brought in company after company for years of on-and-off trouble before these folks sorted it out.

Before You Call

A tank that is overdue and a sale that is pending both come down to the same step, getting a truck in the driveway. Sludgebusters pumps tanks and inspects systems, so one call settles which job comes first. Ask how soon a crew can be out and what the visit should cover.
