Silver Bullet Septic Services Inc.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We couldn't be happier with our experience. Going into a septic replacement, we had no idea what to expect and were putting a lot of trust in someone to do the job right. At every step, Rod was honest, transparent, and took the time to explain exactly what was happening and answer every question we had. The quality of the work and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. They treated our property with care, worked efficiently without ever cutting corners, and it was obvious they take pride in what they do.

I can’t thank Rob enough. After emptying the septic tank at our cottage up north, we were told we had to change the bed. Not knowing what any of that meant, and where to start, I decided to call someone locally to get advice. He answered on a Saturday and took the time to give me sound advice and direction (even though it wasn’t his job) and even asked me to follow up! Who delivers that kind of service these days? Wow. I wish he was in my cottage area because I would hire him in a heartbeat! Thank you for answering my call and for patiently walking me through next steps.

Rod and his crew are great to work with. They came out to the Fort Erie area to repair my septic system as my tile bed was broken. They fit me in to their schedule and finished my job promptly. My only gripe would be that the top soil that was put down was low quality. It seems more like a dirt and stone mix rather than topsoil, which I was expecting. EDIT: 1 year out now and most of the new grass planted in the bad dirt has basically died, and is a weed bed.

I am absolutely delighted with my new septic tank. After 70 years the tank needed replacing. They came in to do the job within days. I was delighted that by dinner I could use my water and toilet etc. They flushed the septic bed to see if it's still working. They put a special mixture in the tank that breaks down the bacteria. I was especially pleased with the team's attitude the most. This guy even taught me how to maintain my new septic tank and protect the septic bed. Thank guy's for my stress free day. That all happened within one day, wow. Awesome job!!!!

Couldnt be happier with the work SB did on our new septic system. Pricing was miles better than others. Rodney really worked hard to design a system that worked for our unique footprint without impacting any existing structures, patios etc. Great turnkey solution that went off without a hitch, and Rodney and his team are great people and very easy to work with. Save your time and effort and just go with SB, you wont regret it!
