Called to have septic pumped and less than two hours later it was done. SO pleased with our first experience with Shortys Septic! Thomas was professional and extremely knowledgeable and informative!!! Could not have asked for a better experience all the way around.

Excellent service! Quality work and reasonable prices. James was amazing. He explained everything as he completed the work. He replaced our septic pump and installed a control panel and riser. When he arrived our system was a mess. It had the wrong pump and a rats nest of wiring. When he was finished it was all organized and much easier to maintain. We won't use anyone else from now on. I highly recommend Shorty's Septic.

Great customer service!! They showed up the day after I called just like they said they would. Thomas was pleasant and put the cover back on the tank for me which I appreciated as I struggle physically. Thank you guys!!
