We had a clog in our kitchen sink on 9-10-26. Called this company and they came out the next day. They tried to unclog it for an hour and a half. They were unable to unclog it. They charged us $422.82. It's not their fault they couldn't unclog the sink. However, I think their prices are really high. My coworker used to work for Isaacs and she said they are cheaper. I suggest you use Isaac's if you want to save money.

We own a commercial property and had a sewer line blockage during an extremely cold winter. Curt and Ryan did an outstanding job identifying the issue as a frozen sewer line and working through it. After about 1.5 hours and roughly 300 gallons of water, the ice finally cleared and everything was back up and running. They were friendly, professional, and persistent throughout the entire process. We truly appreciated their hard work and dedication. Highly recommend.

Marcia writes that crews "arrived within the hour" on two separate calls, and Gretchen says the company fit her in for an urgent pump-out despite a booked schedule. On a commercial job, Marc credits Curt and Ryan with tracing a frozen sewer line and working the ice out of it. Others mention staff who spelled out what was happening and what would come next.

Local Ground

Around Elmira Heights, the main drain-field limit is bottom-layer seepage: water moves through the soil too fast to treat effluent before it reaches groundwater. Site conditions on any one lot can differ from the map. See the Elmira Heights city page for the full soil profile.

Before You Call

When a sewer line backs up more than once, the decision is whether to keep clearing it or to look inside the pipe first. Sheesley's offers camera inspections and hydro jetting, so a homeowner can ask on the phone whether a camera inspection should come before any digging.
