wasted 2 hour of my time and made me drive 30 min to meet him to hear their scam that they don’t do rooter and instead of that want to charge $1175 to hydrojet the line. First he made an excuse saying house is slab on grade, i told him it is not and is raised foundation and i am a contractor who lost his tools in palisades fire so don’t try to bs me. Then he said because ur pipes are cast iron we had to do hydrojet! All my plumbing is abs and 9:30 pm by looking at the clean out he is predicting the type of pipe we have underground!

    Response from the owner

We need to clarify that several statements in this review are inaccurate and do not reflect what occurred during the service call. Our company does provide drain cleaning/rooter services, and we do not force customers to purchase hydro-jetting or any other service. Our technicians evaluate the condition and accessibility of the drain system before performing work and provide recommendations and pricing based on what they find. If a technician determines that a particular method is not appropriate for the situation, we will not perform it simply because a waiver is offered. No unauthorized work was performed and no hydro-jetting service was forced on or charged to this customer. The recommended service and price were presented for approval, and the customer was free to decline. We respect every customer’s right to disagree with our recommendations or pricing, but describing our company as a “scam” while presenting inaccurate information about the interaction is unfair and misleading. We stand behind our technicians, our services, and our commitment to providing customers with options before any work is authorized.
